Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. The Brass Lady does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance. Each item has been carefully selected for its character, which may in some cases mean its imperfections. We try our absolute best to describe every detail, the condition and all other information for each of the garments that we are selling. We are happy to provide additional information or photographs on an item that you may be interested in prior to placing an order. All goods that we are selling show true signs of wear from use from previous owners throughout time. All items are vintage/antique, used and sold as described in their respective listings.

The Brass Lady offers domestic & international shipping. International buyers are responsible for paying customs fees that may be imposed. All items at a default are shipped through USPS priority insured with signature confirmation. Contact us if you wish for us to ship your package using a different carrier. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. If you would like to insure your package beyond the initial 50 dollar insurance that comes with priority mail through USPS, please contact us prior to checking out so that we may adjust the cost of shipping for the specific item you are interested in purchasing.

Layaway

Layaway is available for all items in our shop. Please email us at info@thebrasslady.com for assistance. A non-refundable deposit is required and the payment is due in full 30 days past the initial deposit date unless we have otherwise arranged differently. If a payment is late, the layaway may be terminated.
